Charles Douglas Maxwell

It's with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Charles Douglas Maxwell on September 25, 2022. Born October 25, 1948.

Charles started his working life at Sackville Downes Race Track, where he first meet his devoted life partner Faith Lively. He spent most of his working days at Barrett Lumber where he spent 15+ years, when he wasn't working, he would spend his time working on cars and different projects with his friends and family. His greatest accomplishment were his children and grandchildren whom he loved dearly.  

Survived by his wife of 54 years Faith (Lively), Martock Nova Scotia, children Christina Maxwell, Windsor Nova Scotia, Wayne Maxwell (Vanessa), Chesterfield England, and Claudette Maxwell (David Lantz) Upper Falmouth Nova Scotia. Grandchildren Katie Maxwell and Acel Maxwell.

We would like to express our gratitude to all those who helped dad on his journey, his Northwood HomeCare girls, (Tanya, Sabrina and CJ who were his favorites) VON, continuing care staff, palliative care and all those we may have missed.

Cremation has taken place, per dad's request there will be no funeral. A family celebration of life will be at a later date
