LOWE,Donald .G. "Doof" of Herring Cove. It is with much love and deep sorrow, that we announce the passing of our beloved Don on Friday July 16, 2021 at the age of 71.
Don was a burner at the Halifax Shipyards over 40 years. Don leaves behind to mourn, his brother Bill (Sharon). Nieces Cheryl (Peter) Sandi (Barry). Shelley (John). Nephews Scott, Rick (Olanne). As an uncle he loved us fiercely, would do anything for any of us and we will all miss him eternally. Predeceased by his parents Clarence and Margaret Lowe, Sister Peggy (Bob), and nephew Rob.
He will be fondly remembered by his family for our many family vacations, turkey dinners at the camp and countless excursions in his van, with us kids at the wheel driving the dirt roads. Cremation has taken place.
In keeping with Don’s wishes there will be no service. Special thanks to the staff of 8.2 at the Halifax Infirmary. Remains have been entrusted to East Coast Memorial. Rest In Peace our sweet Don.
