Garry Frederick McIver
Obituary
Garry passed away on September 6, 2023 at the Valley Regional Hospital.
He was the son on the late Hugh McIver and Isabel Patterson.
Garry attended the University of Manitoba. Upon graduation he joined Air Canada in management working across Canada. Following the conclusion of his Air Canada career, he then joined Acadia University in Wolfville, NS.
After relocating to the Maritimes, he married Suzanne Mader. They enjoyed their summer residence on Mahone Bay. Life was full of wonderful travel experiences together.
Garry was an avid curler and was a past president of both the Wolfville and Pointe Claire Curling Clubs.
Finally he will miss his dear friend and companion 'Putter' a unique cat.
There will be no visitation or funeral by request.
Donations may be made to the Wolfville Animal Hospital.
