It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of George Colin Macdonald, born August 26, 1969 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He passed away peacefully on October 23, 2023 in Windsor, Nova Scotia.
George was a loving husband to Penny, devoted father to Mitchell (Sarah) of Windsor, and Tyler of Windsor, and cherished grandfather to Faith, Brailey, Chase, and Isabelle. He was predeceased by his father, George Sr. and is survived by his mother Sandy (Harnish) and sister Lori.
George was a simple man who enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was a hardworking man who was a tractor trailer driver and traveled the country.
He was a kind and gentle soul who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
