Gloria Trenaman Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gloria Enid Trenaman (“Tup”, “Tuppie”) 81, of Halifax, NS. Gloria passed peacefully away on January 24th, 2023, with her family by her side.

Gloria was predeceased by her father Ronald O’Connell, mother Doris O’Connell (nee Pellerin) and sister Donna Patey. She was survived by her loving husband Garth Trenaman, her three children: Charlene, Glen (Angela), and Nicole (“Niki”); her 7 grandchildren: Skyler (“Skye”), Colby, Anderson, Isiah, Anthony (“Tony”), Lyric and Mehkai (“Kai”). Gloria is survived by brother Brad (Ruth) and sister Angie (Dave) along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins that she held dear to her heart.

Gloria was an accomplished musician and songwriter in both piano along with accordion and played frequently in her church, accompanied vocally by her husband Garth. Her faith in God brought her so much joy and comfort throughout her lifetime, and she always strived to embody Christianity.

Gloria was truly an angel walking this earth and will be missed by all.

Service will be at Gateway Community Church at 10 Beaverbank Road in Lower Sackville, NS on February 11th at 1:30pm. All are welcome to commemorate her love and life.
