Judith Claire (Stevens) Warner age 76 of Harrietsfield.
It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our dear mom, wife, grandmother, great grandmother and sister on Thursday, July 21, 2022 after a long battle with cancer. Judy was born October 28, 1945 in Owl's Head, NS.
She was the daughter of the late Vernon and Marie Stevens. Judy is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Richard, who was her rock from beginning to end. As well as her daughter Melissa, son Jeffrey, 4 sisters; Joyce, Corrine, Louise and Jean and 4 brothers; Joe, Ted, Tom and Peter. Also her 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren whom she loved dearly, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents Judy is predeceased by her sister Debbie and infant brother Harry.
Judy worked for Lawton's for 22 years in Home Health Care.
Donations in Judy's memory may be made to Hospice Halifax where all the staff were so wonderful. Mom called them angels and that they are, our family would like to extend our sincere appreciation for everything they did for our mom/wife during this long, difficult time.
As well, we would like to say thank you to our extended family and friends for all the love and support you have shown to our family throughout this difficult journey with our mom/wife, you will never know how much strength you have given us.
A Celebration of Life service for Judy will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 3pm at Stella Maris Parish. Formerly known as St. Michael's Church. 6 St. Michael's Ave. in Spryfield.
Reception to follow in the Church Hall.
