Kirk Douglas Flynn

Flynn, Kirk Douglas.  69 0f Windsor, was gently led by his Lord and savior Jesus Christ into the arms of his Heavenly Father on May 17, 2021 at the Hants community hospital.  Born on February 18,1952 to the late Emma (benedict) and Gordon Flynn.

Kirk worked most of his life laying hardwood floors and ceramic tiles, making a lot of his own designs. His passions were playing his guitar, bowling with his buddies and fishing. (those who didn't catch any said kirk could catch a fish in a mud hole) a little envious, I think.

Left behind to mourn are sons: Jason Flynn, Windsor and Michael stone and wife Robyn of Lantz.  Four daughters and another son as well as many grandchildren.  Sisters:  Ida lake and husband Harold of Cambridge Hants co. And Patricia (pat) hunter and husband James of Lockhartville. Brothers: Garnet (Jake) Porter and wife Nancy of Middle Sackville, and Gordon Flynn and wife Nancy of Newport Station. Several nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Besides his parents he was predeceased by sister Deanna Flynn, and brothers: Wayne Flynn and Edward (Buck) Flynn.

Cremation has taken place through east coast memorial.  Donations may be made to the Palative care unit of Hants community hospital or the church of your choice.

Thank you to Trish and Stuart for their love and kindness to Kirk and his family. And many thanks to the all the girls at Home-care.

A big special thank you to the nursing staff of the second floor of H.C.H. we will always remember your kindness and compassion.
