Margaret "Pearl" Works Obituary
Margaret “Pearl” Works age 83 of Truro Heights passed away peacefully at home on Monday June 20, 2022.
Born in Truro on October 10, 1938. She was the daughter of the late Fred and Ruth (Debay) Harrington.
Pearl enjoyed her puzzle books, knitting, her grandchildren and recently, her great grandchildren. She was a member of the Truro Heights Baptist Church and worked for many years at the Palliser Restaurant as a Cook. Those who knew Pearl knew how much she loved watching her game shows and that she will be missed by her cat Lucky.
Pearl is survived by her husband Keith Works; daughters Monica of Truro Heights, Tammy of Truro Heights and Kim (Reese) of Halifax. Sons Randy (Sue) of Truro, Mark (Mamie) of Salmon River, Jason (Yumi) of South Korea and sisters; Irene Blenkhorn of Truro and Mary Daye of Truro. As well as nine grand children, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Pearl is predeceased by her brother James Harrington.
Cremation has taken place and by request, there will be no service at this time.
