MARJORIE ANN PECK JULY 23, 1936 - NOVEMBER 19, 2021 Daughter of Reginald Peck and Isabelle MacAskill (Brooklyn, Hants County) Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend.

Marjorie was passionate about cross-stitching and a crossword puzzle enthusiast. She loved her before supper rum and coke, shopping, and her cat Mitzi. In recent years she suffered a great deal from painful bouts of arthritis but always tried to be upbeat for her family. In her past she had been a faculty secretary at St. Mary’s (Halifax) and McGill (Montreal) Universities as well as a successful real estate agent in Ontario where she lived before moving back home to her Nova Scotia roots about 25 years ago. Marjorie would often say “I’ve travelled and lived in many places in my lifetime” including northern Quebec and vacations in Hawaii and Florida to name just a few. Marjorie passed peacefully in her sleep in the South Shore Regional Hospital of Bridgewater. Her close family members were able to spend time with her in her last hours to say their goodbyes and wish to thank the floor nurses, case worker, Debbie, and Dr. Chaisson for the caring and dignified way they cared for

Marjorie in her final days. Marjorie leaves behind her son Bob Warren (Donna) of Union Corner, daughter Corinne Chambers (Mike) of Bridgewater, with whom she lived for the past 10 years and Pam Smith (Alan) of Ontario. Also, Marjorie leaves behind her brother Doug Peck (Gwen) of Lower Sackville and her sister Barb Sanford of Windsor, as well as many nieces and nephews, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Serena, Adom, Lena, Melissa, Emily, Amanda, Zoey, Shane, Cole, Madison, Kyleigh, Jeffrey, Jaden, Jasmine.

As per Marjorie’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service or visitation. Online condolences may be shared at: www.eastcoastmemorial.ca
