Andrew personally delivered mom to us along with a second round of death certificates as the first ones had the wrong year (that was our fault gave the wrong year not thinking while dealing with grief didn’t noticed until we saw her birth certificate). I appreciate that we didn’t have to go and ID my mom’s body; I was told by some family members that unfortunately they had to do that for their relatives.
